The Loan Funding Team at Mulligan Funding works hand-in-hand with borrowers, internal sales reps, and the credit analysts to streamline the loan funding process for our clients while ensuring strong quality control. After a loan is approved by a credit analyst and accepted by a client, the Funding Team takes ownership of the file to ensure that all loan closing stipulations and documents are received and meet the company’s risk profile. The goal is to provide the quickest and most efficient loan closing process for our customers, while also maintaining high quality standards. The ability to multitask, effectively communicate with multiple departments and parties, and be extremely detail oriented is pivotal to this position.
