The Poole family is the 3rd consecutive family to own and operate Three Springs Campground, and they’ve wasted no time taking it to new heights. Chris, Rachael, and Christopher Poole took over the campground in March 2015 and began with extensive cleanup and updates to the park. They seized a partnership with the Ark Encounter, a large tourist attraction in Grant County, Kentucky, and experienced an explosion in bookings.
In order to meet this increase in demand, the Pooles sought out business financing. As a seasonal business, they looked for a lending partner that would accommodate them and provide flexible terms to best suit their business needs. That’s when they found Mulligan Funding.
The first loan through Mulligan enabled the Pooles to close out on their lease of Three Springs Campground, seizing ownership. As their success continued, the Pooles applied for additional working capital loans through Mulligan Funding. These additional funds facilitated the expansion of the campground and its facilities. The Pooles were able to double the number of cabins on their property and went from not offering camper rentals at all to having 3. In 2018, Three Springs Campground was even awarded their region’s “Best of 2018 in the Hospitality industry”.
With over 50 years of being family-owned and operated, the Poole family couldn’t be happier.
If you find yourself in Corinth, KY, and in search of camping at its finest, check out Three Springs Campground – you won’t be disappointed.
"We love Mulligan” stated Rachael Poole, “We’ve stuck with them because no other lending partner is able to stand by what they say the way Mulligan continues to do."- The Poole Family
